Concierge Services
Because we want our guests to have the best escape ever, we provide concierge services, helping to book from in-house yoga and massage sessions to private chef and surfing lessons. Each property is stocked with a welcome package that includes information on tours & excursions, recommended activities, restaurant guide, and other tourist information. We also include emergency contact numbers, house rules, and a FAQ for each property. We are on call with our guests throughout their visit.
Detailed Reporting & Monthly Statements
OceanZen Living takes care of your business in the island. We submit monthly reports required by the Puerto Rico Tourism Association and send our clients monthly statements which detail rental income and expenses.
Housekeeping and Maintenance
OceanZen Properties offers quality housekeeping, pre-arrival and post-departure property inspection to ensure each property continues to meet the highest standard. We also provide professional in-house maintenance services to ensure your property is always in top shape, from A/C maintenance and interior/exterior paint services to minor repairs and pest control.
